A certain petition requesting the improvement of Jaspar Street N.W. lying between Rsmsey Blvd. and 163rd Avenue N.W., 159th Lane N.W. lying be- tween Jaspar Street N.W. and Ironstone N.W., 160th Lane N.W. lying between Jaspar Street N.W. and Ironstone Street N.W., Ironstone Street N.W. lying be- tween 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W., 160th Lane N.W. lying in Section 15 Township 32 Range 25 west of Jaspar Street, 161st Lane N.W. lying between Jaspar Street N.W. and Kamacite Street NOW., 162nd Lane N.W. lying between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and Jaspar Street filed with the Comncil on May 14, 1979, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of prop- erty affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Mirmesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer, Consulting En- gineers Diversified, and he is instructed to report to the Coumcil with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
