RE~0LUTION 79-45 CITY OF P~EY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON STREET II~ROV-E~ENT (Quartz Street N.W. from 163rd Lane N.W. to 166th Avenue N.W., Olivine Street N.W. from 161st Lane N.W. to 164th Lane N.W., Marble Street from 161st Lane N.W. to 164th Avenue, Kamacite Street from 161st Lane N.W. to 163rd Avenue N.W., Jaspar Street from 163rd Avenue to 167th Avenue, 161st Lane N.W. from Olivine to Kamacite, 162nd Lane east of Olivine Street in the northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 32 north, Range 25 west, 163rd Avenue from Olivine Street to Jaspar Street, 163rd Lane N.W. from Quartz Street to Olivine Street, 164th Avenue east of Quartz in the north east quarter of the north east quarter of Section 16 Township 32 north Range 25 west and from Marble Street to Jaspar Street, 164th Lane from Quartz to Olivine, 166th Avenue from Quartz to Jaspar Street N.W.) WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 29, 1979, a report will prepared by the City Engineer, Consulting En- gineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of Quartz Street N.W. from 163rd Lane N.W. to 166th Avenue N.W., Olivine Street N.W. from 161st Lane N.W. to 164th Lane N.W., Marble Street from 161st Lane N.W. to 164th Avenue, Kamacite Street from 161st Lane N.W. to 163rd Avenue N.W., Jaspar Street from 163rd Avenue to 167th Avenue, 161st Lane N.W. from Olivine to Kamacite, 162nd Lane east of Olivine Street in the northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 32 north, Range 25, west, 163rd Avenue from Olivine Street to Jaspar Street, 163rd Lane N.W. from Quartz Street to Olivine Street, 164th Avenue east of Quartz in the north east quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 16 Township 32 north Range 25 west and from}~arble Street to Jaspar Street, 164th Lane from Quartz to Olivine, 166th Avenue from Quartz to Jaspar Street N.W. by improving streets to a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The Comacil will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to be available at the public hearing. 2. A public hearing will be held on the proposed improvement on the 12th day of June, 1979 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
