The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale". Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other ordinances of the city, if required by the zoning officer. Applicant hereby agrees to authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove and dispose of any signs and sign structure on which a permit has been issued, but which was not renewed, if the owner does not remove the same within a thirty (30) day period following the expiration of the permit, and further agrees to authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where maintenance is not fumnished~ but only after a hearing and after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the maintenance required ~e City ....
