~ayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 79-73 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: 1) Jaspar Street N.W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W. ) and 163rd Avenue N.W. 2) 159th Lane N.W. lying between Jaspar Street N.W. and Ironstone Street N.W. 3) 160th Lane N.W. lying between Jaspar Street and Ironstone Street N.W. 4) Ironstone Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. 5) 160th Lane N.W. lying in the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, lying west of Jaspar Street. 6) 161st Lane N.W. lying between Jaspar Street N.W. and Kamacite Street N.W 7) 162nd Lane N.W. lying between County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Jaspar Street N.W. and the contract price for such improvement is $85,000 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $15,133 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $100,133 ; and of this cost the City will pay $ --- as its share of the cost, MINNESOTA: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RA~.~SEY, 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $100,133. 2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper ~nount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
