Councilman Cox <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 79-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by <br />law, the council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the <br />proposed assessment for the improvement of: <br /> <br />1) Neon Street ~.W. from State Highway #47 to <br />170th Lane N.W. lying within the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County <br /> <br />2) 170th Lane N.W. from Neon Street N.W. to Ger- <br />manium Street N.W. and lying within the Plat of <br />Brookview Estates <br /> <br />3) Helium Street N.W. from the southerly right-of- <br />way line of 170th Lane N.W. to the southern boundary <br />line of the plat of Brookview Estates, all lying <br />within said plat <br /> <br />4) Germanium Street N.W. from its intersection <br />with 170th Lane N.W., then north to its termination, <br />all lying within the plat of Brookview Estates. <br /> <br />5) 173rd Avenue N.W. from its intersection with <br />Germanium Street N.W. then east to its termination, <br />all lying within the plat of Brookview Estates <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute <br />the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract <br />of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed <br />improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal a~nual install- <br />ments extending over a period of ten (10) years, the first of the in- <br />stallments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1980, <br />and shall bear interest at the rate of eight (8) per cent annum from <br />the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first <br />installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the <br />date of this resolution tuntil December 31, 1989. To each subsequent <br />installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid <br />installments. <br /> <br /> <br />
