Hardrives, Inc. C.W.McGrossan, Inc. Forest Lake Contracting $392,005.00 $409,262.50 $413,905.00 $422,801.00 AND WHEREAS, it appears that N.D.H., Incorporated is the lowest responsible bidder of $392,005.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1. The Mayor and City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with N.D.H. Incorporated, in the name of the City for the improvement of the following streets:
