Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ALTERNATIVE #31 OF THE NORTHWES~ AREA STUDY <br />(SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR LINE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Co~mcil of the City of Ramsey have reviewed <br />the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Northwest Area Study Summary <br />Report dated November, 1979. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) After reviewing above said study with their City <br />Engineer and surrounding Communities, the City Council <br />hereby recommends to the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission that they are in favor of Alternative #31 <br />of the above report. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimann, Mickelson and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of January, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ["b /~ <br /> <br />~am~fni%t~a[° f/C1 ~k ---- <br /> <br /> <br />
