(County Road No. 56) and the East line of the plat of Beaudry's Second Addition. e) 151st Avenue N.W., lying between Ramsey Blvd. (County Road No. 56) and Garnet Street N.W. d) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Kamacite Street N.W., and Garnet Street N.W. e) 149th Lane N.W., lying East of Limonite Street N.W. f) 149th Avenue N.W., lying between Limonite Street N.W. and Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (County Road 56) g) Jaspar Street N.W., lying between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. h) Hematite Street N.W., lying between 152nd Avenue N.W. and the North line of the plat of Beaudry's Second Addition. i) Garnet Street N.W., lying North of 151st Avenue N.W., and South of 151st Avenue N.W. j) Limonite Street N.W., lying between 151st Avenue N.W., and 149th Avenue N.W. k) Kamacite Street N.W., lying between 151st Avenue N.W. and 149th Lane N.W. 1) Hematite Street N.W., lying North of 150th Avenue N.W., and South of Lot 11, Block 1 of Peltzer Addition. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Town- ship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and such streets be improved to a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSAY, MINNESOTA as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $224,750. 2) A public hearing will be held on proposed improvement on the 8th day of April, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:20 P.M. and the City Administrator/ Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve- ment as required by law.
