Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adopt ion: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING~TROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL C0~ISSION SANITARY <br />SEWER INTERCEPTOR LINE THAT WILL SERVE THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF RA~SEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission have stated <br />they will provide the City of Ramsey with a second sanitary sewer inter- <br />ceptor connection in the City's south east quadrant at the time the CAB <br />interceptor is build, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Metropolitan Waste Control Commission is presently <br />designing the Anoka portion of the CAB interceptor which would provide <br />service to the Dunham Oaks area of the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the second sanitary sewer interceptor service <br />connection which will serve the south east quadrant of the City of <br />Ramsey be installed at the same time when the Metropolitan Waste Con- <br />trol Commission provides service to the Dunham Oaks District in the <br />City of Anoka, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2) Direct the City Administrator to send copies of this <br />resolution to the Metropolitan Council and Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, ~ickelson, Reimarm and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of April, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
