c) Halas Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter <br /> of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying south <br /> of Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />d) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W~ <br /> and Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />176th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying west <br />of County Road #83 (Baugh Street N.W.) <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />West half of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />and this report was received by the City Council on March 25, 1980, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council will consider the improvement of such <br />streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an est±mated total cost of the <br />improvement of $135,950. <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve~ <br />ment on the 19th day of May, 1980, in the Council Chambers of ~he <br />Ramsey Municipal Building at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement <br />as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Reimann, Sorteberg and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same~ <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 22nd day of April, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
