Councilman <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T}{E INCORPORATION OF TWO PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS INTO <br />ONE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION; CASE OF MR. CHESTER H]~TLAND, 16301 URANIUM STREET <br />N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Chester Hetland has requested that the following <br />two property descriptions be incorporated into one property description: <br /> <br />a) Lot 3 Block 5 Menkveld's Country Park, City of Ramsey <br /> <br />b) The North 15 feet of the East 187 feet as measured <br />along the East and North lines respectively of the South- <br />west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, <br />Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Authorize Mr. Chester Hetland to incorporate the two <br />property descriptions described above into the following <br />property description: <br /> <br />Lot 3 Block 5 Menkveld's Country Park, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota and the North 15 feet of the East 187 feet <br />as measured along the East and North lines respectively, <br />of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />2) Grant a variance to the City's subdivision code <br />which variance will permit parcel b) above to be sub- <br />divided by metes and bounds. <br /> <br />3) It is also directed that the following documents be <br />attached to this resolution: <br /> <br />a) Certificate of Survey accomplished by the firm of <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. dated November 15, <br />1979 on the above stated properties. <br /> <br />b) Title opinion by Clifford C. Lundberg dated <br />1979. <br /> <br />4) That a copy of this resolution be filed with the <br />Anoka County Auditor's Office and the Anoka County <br />Recorder's Office. <br /> <br /> <br />
