Councilman adoption: Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION 80-28 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T}{E INCORPORATION OF TWO PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS INTO ONE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION; CASE OF MR. CHESTER H]~TLAND, 16301 URANIUM STREET N.W. WHEREAS, Mr. Chester Hetland has requested that the following two property descriptions be incorporated into one property description: a) Lot 3 Block 5 Menkveld's Country Park, City of Ramsey b) The North 15 feet of the East 187 feet as measured along the East and North lines respectively of the South- west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Authorize Mr. Chester Hetland to incorporate the two property descriptions described above into the following property description: Lot 3 Block 5 Menkveld's Country Park, Anoka County, Minnesota and the North 15 feet of the East 187 feet as measured along the East and North lines respectively, of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. 2) Grant a variance to the City's subdivision code which variance will permit parcel b) above to be sub- divided by metes and bounds. 3) It is also directed that the following documents be attached to this resolution: a) Certificate of Survey accomplished by the firm of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. dated November 15, 1979 on the above stated properties. b) Title opinion by Clifford C. Lundberg dated 1979. 4) That a copy of this resolution be filed with the Anoka County Auditor's Office and the Anoka County Recorder's Office.
