Councilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-29 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING DELAY IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE COMMITTEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County Environmental Service Committee will <br />be meeting on May 15, 1980 at 8:00 to discuss license renewal by Waste <br />Management at the Ramsey Landfill. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Due to short notice of time the City received on this <br />meeting, the City of Ramsey is requesting a ten (10) delay <br />in the meeting in regards to taking any action on Waste <br />Management license renewal to operate the Ramsey Landfill. <br />The City wants the additional time to review and pass their <br />recommendation on for your action. <br /> <br />2) It is directed that the City Administrator deliver this <br />resolution to the above named Committee. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimaraa, Sorteberg, and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of May, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
