Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-34 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: a) Kangaroo Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. b) Jackel Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. c) Iguana Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of 153rd Avenue N.W. d) Hedgehog Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. e) 152nd Avenue N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of Hedgehog Street N.W. f) 151st Lane N.W. lying in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of Kangaroo Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25. filed with the Comncil on May 19, 1980 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity in Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in cornaection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
