Councilman~ickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-36 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE- ~ENTS FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the 29th day of January, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the provement of: a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North and South boundary lines of the plat of Carol Rose Acres. b) 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. o) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol-Rose Acres. d) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Con- struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans amd specifications. The adver- tisement shall be published on May 30, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/ Clerk ~atil 11:00 A.M. on June 23, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City
