Councilman Mickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-37 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE- MENTS FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the 29th day of January, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the im- provement of: a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between 166th Avenue N.W. and the South line of the plat of Carol Rose Acres. Xenolith Street lying between 166th Avenue N.W. and Lots 2, 3 and Park, Block 3 of Sports Haven. 166th Avenue N.W. lying between Variolite Street N.W. and the West line of Sports Haven. 165th Lane lying between Variolite Street N.W. and Lots 3 and 4 Block 4 of Sports Haven. Ail of the above streets are located in the: Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~2~SEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka Comaty Union) and in the Con- struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- tisement shall be published on May 30, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/ Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on June 23, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City A~ninistrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on June 24, 1980 in the
