Counci~nanMickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-40 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE- MENTS FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Co~acil on the 8th day of April, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the im- provement of: a) 154th Lane N.W., lying between Barium Street N.W. and Argon Street N.W. Barium Street N.W. from the North boundary of the HALLAND ACRES plat to the South boundary line of said plat. c) Argon Street N.W., from 154th Lane to the South boundary line of the plat. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Tow-n- ship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Co~acil for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Con- struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- tisement shall be published on ~ay 30, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/ Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on June 23, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City Administrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tab~_lated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on Ju~e 24, 1980, in the Council Chambers.
