Councilman Mickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-41 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE- MENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the 19th day of May, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the im- provement of: a) Ermine Blvd. N.W., lying between County Highway No. 22 and County Highway No. 83. (Baugh Street N.W.) b) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and Ermine Blvd. N.W. c) 180th Avenue N.W. lying East of Ermine Blvd. N.W. d) Halas Street N.W., lying South of Ermine Blvd. N.W. e) 176th Avenue N.W., lying West of County Road No. 83 All of the above streets are located in the Northwest Quarter and the North one-half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Comnty, Minnesota. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Con- struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- tisement shall be published on May 30, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/ Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on June 23, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City Administrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on June 24, 1980, in the
