c) Potassium Street N.W. lying between 159th <br /> Lane N.W. and Osium Street N.W. <br /> <br />d) Osium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane <br /> N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Lithium Street N.W. lying in the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of <br />160th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying in the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South <br />of 160th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />159th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of <br />Section 14, Township 32~ Range 25, lying East <br />of Sodium Street N.W. <br /> <br />160th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of <br />Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />West of State Highway No. 47. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />North Half of the Southeast Quarter and the North- <br />east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />14, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />and such streets be improved by a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~SEY, MINNESOTA <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $135,625. <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing will be held on proposed improvement on <br />the 16th day of June, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey M~nicipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:45 P.M. and the City Administrator/ <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve- <br />ment as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
