c) Potassium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and Osium Street N.W. d) Osium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. e) Lithium Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Lane N.W. f) State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Lane N.W. 159th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32~ Range 25, lying East of Sodium Street N.W. 160th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of State Highway No. 47. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the Southeast Quarter and the North- east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25. and such streets be improved by a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~SEY, MINNESOTA as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $135,625. 2) A public hearing will be held on proposed improvement on the 16th day of June, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey M~nicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:45 P.M. and the City Administrator/ Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve- ment as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and Cox
