Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-55 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve: a) Kangaroo Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. b) Iguana Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of 151st Lane N.W. c) 151st Lane N.W. lying in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of Kangaroo Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25. and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Mirmesota Statutes, Chapter 429, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: -- That the proposed improvement to be referred to Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasibile and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and Cox. and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 16th day of June, 1980.
