Councilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-56 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT a) Kangaroo Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. Iguana Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of 151st Lane N.W. 151st Lane N.W. lying in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of Kangaroo Street N.W. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted the 16th day of June, 1980, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer Consulting Engineers Diversified, with reference to the improvement of: a) Kangaroo Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. c) Iguana Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of 151st Lane N.W. 151st Lane N.W. lying in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of Kangaroo Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25. and such streets be improved to a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Mimaesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $39,550. 2) A public hearing will be held on proposed improvement on the 8th day of July, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal
