Coomcilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-59 RESOLUTION APPROVING'PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE- MENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the 16th day of June, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the im- provement of: a) 158th Lane N.W. lying between Comaty Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Dolomite Street N.W. 159th Avenue N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of County Road #56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) c) 160th Lane N.W. lying between Ebony Street N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. d) Ebony Street N.W. lying between 159th Avenue N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. e) Dolomite Street N.W. lying between 158th Avenue N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA~SEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Con- struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- tisement shall be published on July 11, July 18 and July 25, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on August 4, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City Administrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 5:30 P.M. on August 4, 1980 in the.
