2) The City Administrator. Clerk shall prepare and cause to <br />be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Con- <br />struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement shall be published on July 11, July 18 and July 25, 1980, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the <br />City Administrator/Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on August 4, 1980, at which time <br />they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by <br />the City Administrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated <br />and will be considered by the Council at5:30 P.M. on August 4, 1980 in <br />the Council Chambers. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed <br />with the City Administrator/Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the clerk for <br />(5) five percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of June, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
