Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-59c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br /> a) Fluorine Street N.W. lying between 177th Lane <br /> N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) <br /> <br />b) ErkiumStreet N.W. lying between 177th Avenue <br /> N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) <br /> <br />c) Cobalt Street N.W. lying between Argon Street <br /> N.W. and 177th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Argon Street N.W. lying in the Southwest quarter of <br />Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of <br />177th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />e) 177th Lane N.W. lying between Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> and ErkiumStreet N.W. <br /> <br />f) 177th Avenue N.W. lying between ErkiumStreet N.W. <br /> and Cobalt Street N.W. <br /> <br />177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of Cobalt <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />West Half of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on June 24, 1980 is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity in Miranesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br /> <br />
