Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 80-61b RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISE- MENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Comncil on the 8th day of July, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the im- provement of: a) Kangaroo Street N.W. lying between 151st Lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. c) Iguana Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of 151st Lane N.W. 151st Lane N.W. lying in the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of Kangaroo Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32, Range 25. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Comacil for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Con- struction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- tisement shall be published on July 11, July 18 and July 25, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on August 4, 1980, at which time they will be publicly ~opened in the Co~anci'l Chambers of the City Hall by the City Administrator/Clerk and City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 5:30 P.M. on August 4, 1980 in the Council Chambers.
