Councilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 80-62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th <br />day of June, 1980, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Fluorine Street N.W. lying between 177th Lane <br /> N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) <br /> <br />b) ErkiumStreet N.W. lying between 177th Avenue <br /> N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) <br /> <br />c) Cobalt Street N.W. lying between Argon Street <br /> N.W. and 177th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Argon Street N.W. lying in the Southwest quarter <br /> of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of <br /> 177th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />e) 177th Lane N.W. lying between Fluorine Street <br /> N.W. and Erkium Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 177th Avenue N.W. lying between ErkiumStreet N.W. <br /> and Cobalt Street N.W. <br /> <br />177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of <br />Cobalt Street N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />West Half of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br /> ANDWHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and <br />the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day of July, 1980, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE.CITY OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 24th day of June, 1980. <br /> <br /> 2) Consulting Engineers Diversified is hereby designated <br />as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
