Coancilman Reimarm introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopt ion: RESOLUTION #80-69 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEmeNT a) Tungsten Street N.W. lying between Trunk Highway #10 and Rivlyn Avenue N.W. b) Rivlyn Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25. c) Front Street lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of Tungsten Street N.W. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted the 8th day of July, 1980, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., with reference to the improvement of: a) Tmagsten STreet N.Wo lying between Trunk Highway #10 and Rivlyn Avenue N.W. b ) Rivlyn Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25. c) Front Street lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of Tungsten Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the Southwest Half of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25. and such streets be improved to a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Mir~nesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $87,150. 2) A public hearing will be held on the proposed improvement on the 23rd day of September, 1980, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
