Coumcilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-83 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND CALLING HEARING ON I~PROVE- <br />~NT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />b) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street N.W. <br /> and Xenon Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane <br /> N.W. and 154th Lane N.W, <br /> <br />d) Xenon Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and <br /> 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />North Half of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, and <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25 <br /> <br />filed with the Council on September 4, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owmers of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity in Minmesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified and they are instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was d~2y seconded <br />by Councilman Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimar~n and <br />Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
