Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-90 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- POSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: a) Yolite Street N.W. lying between the North and South boundary lines of the plat of Carol-Rose Acres. b) 164th Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. o) 164th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Lots 4 and 5 Block 2 of the plat of Carol- Rose Acres. d) 163rd Lane N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and the contract price for such improvement is $31,800 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the makin~ of such improvement amount to $6,110 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $37,910 ; and of this cost the City will pay $ --- as its share of the cost, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $37,910. 2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer Consulting Engineers Diversified~ Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assess- able lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without re- gard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3) The clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
