Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-99 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Council on September 8, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the following streets: a) 172nd Lane N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. b) 171st Avenue N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. c) 170th Avenue N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. and Willemite Street N.W. d) 169th Lane N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. and Yariolite Street N.W. e) 168th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street N.W. f) 171st Avenue lying between the West line of the plat of Golden Eagle Estates and Zeolite Street N.W. g) Zeolite Street N.W. lying between County Road #63 (173rd Avenue N.W.) and 169th Lane N.W. h) Willemite Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane N.W. and Lot 3 Block 3 of Golden Eagle Estates. i) Willemite Street N.W. lying between 172nd Lane N.W. and 171st Avenue N.W. j) Yolite Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane N.W. and 168th Avenue N.W. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in- spection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of October, 1980, in the City Hall at 7:45 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assess- ment.
