Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-103 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSEDASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Comacil on September 8, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed asSessment of the cost of improving the following streets: a) Ermine Blvd. N.W. lying between County Road #83 (Baugh Street N.W.) and County State Aid Highway #22 (181st Avenue N.W.) 180th Avenue N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of Ermine Blvd. N.W. c) Halas Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying south of Ermine Blvd. N.W. d) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and Ermine Blvd. N.W. e) 176th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter· of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of County Road #83 (Baugh Street N.W.) Ail of the above streets are located in the: West Half of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in- spection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of October, 1980, in the City Hall at 8:45 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference tosuch assessment. 2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings.
