Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-107 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Comacil on September 8, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the following streets: a) Sodium Street N.Wo lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Lane N.W. b) Radium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. c) Potassium Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and OsiumStreet N.W. d) Osimm Street N.W. lying between 159th Lane N.W. and 160th Lane N.W. e) f) Lithium Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 160th Lane N.W. 159th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying East of Sodium Street N.W. 160th Lane N.W. lying in the South Half of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of State Highway #47. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of the Southeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in- spection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 15th day of October, 1980, in the City Hall at 8:15 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- ment will be given an opportmaity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
