Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-108 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Council on September 8, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving the following streets: a) Yakima Street N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 179th Lane N.W. b) Tonto Street N.W. lying between 177th Avenue N.W. and 179th Lane N~W. o) Salish Circle N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying North of 178th Lane N.W. 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of C.S.A.H. #7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) e) 178th Lane N.W. lying between Tonto Street N.W. and C.S.A.H. #7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) f) 179th Avenue N.W. lying between Yakima Street N.W. and Tonto Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in- spection, MOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 15th day of October, 1980, in the City Hall at 8:30 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
