Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-109 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Council on September 8, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a-proposed assessment of the cost of improving the following streets: a) Fluorine Street N.W. lying between 177th Lane N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) b) Erkium Street N.W. lying between 177th Avenue N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) c) Cobalt Street N.W. lying between Argon Street N.W. and 177th Avenue N.W. d) Argon Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of 177th Avenue N.W. e) 177th Lane N.W. lying between Fluorine Street N.W. and Erkium Street N.W. f) 177th Avenue N.W. lying between Erkium Street N.W. and Cobalt Street N.W. 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of Cobalt Street N.Wo Ail of the above streets are located in the: West Half of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in- spection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 15th day of October, 1980, in the City Hall at 8:45 P.M. to pass on such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improve- ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
