Councilman Mickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-110 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRICE QUOTES ~EREAS, pursuant to request for price quotes for the restora- tion work in 0akridge Estates, price quotes were received, opened and tabu- lated according to law, and'the following price quotes were received com- plying with the request: 1) N.D.K., Inc. $ 9,615.00 2) Lino Construction 9,910.00 3) Central Landscaping 10,200.00 AND WHEREAS, it appears that N.D.H., Inc. of Anoka, ~innesota is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with N.D.H., Inc. of Anoka in the name of the City of Ramsey for the restoration work in 0akridge Estates Plat as according to plans and specifications contained in the contract therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of City Administrator/ Clerk. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposit made with their price quotes, except that the deposit of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and Cox and -the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Co~cil this the 8th day of September, 1980.
