Councilman Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-114 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING I~PROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 4th day <br />of September, 1980, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed im- <br />provement of the following streets: <br /> <br />153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />b) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street N.W. <br /> and Xenon Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane <br /> N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) Xenon Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and <br /> 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />North Half of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, and <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and <br />the hearing was held thereon on the 16th day of September, 1980, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br />heard thereon, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 4th day of September, 1980. <br /> <br /> 2) Consulting Engineers Diversified is hereby designated <br />as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Sorteberg and Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
