Councilman Mickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on <br />the 16th day of September, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the improve- <br />ment of: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />b) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street N.W. <br /> and Xenon Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. <br /> and 154th Lsme N.W. <br /> <br />d) Xenon Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and <br /> 154th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />North Half of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, and <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their <br />approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />insered in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Construction <br />Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under <br />such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published <br />on October 3, October 10, and October 17, 1980, shall specify the work to be <br />done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/Clerk <br />until 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 1980, at which time they will be publicly <br /> <br /> <br />
