Councilman Mickelson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-116 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on the 16th day of September, 1980, the City Engineer (Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc.) has prepared plans and specifications for the improve- ment of: a) 153rd Lane N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of Sunfish Lake Blvd. b) 154th Lane N.W. lying between Hematite Street N.W. and Xenon Street N.W. c) Zirconium Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lsme N.W. d) Xenon Street N.W. lying between 153rd Lane N.W. and 154th Lane N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: North Half of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, and the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be insered in the official paper (Anoka County Union) and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published on October 3, October 10, and October 17, 1980, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/Clerk until 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 1980, at which time they will be publicly
