NOTICE OF BOND SALE <br /> $365,000 <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1980, SERIES II <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> (Anoka County) <br /> <br /> The above bonds will be offered for sale on Tuesday, October 28, <br />1980, at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall in Ramsey, Minnesota. The bonds, <br />dated December 1, 1980, will mature on December 1 in the following <br />years and amounts: <br /> <br />YEAR AMOUNT YEAR AMOUNT <br />1982 $30,000 1987 $40,000 <br />1983 30,000 1988 50,000 <br />1984 35,000 1989 50,000 <br />1985 35,00 1990 55,000 <br />1986 40,000 <br /> <br /> All bonds issued without right of prior redemption. Interest <br />will be payable December 1, 1981, and semiannually thereafter on <br />June 1 and December 1 of each year. No bid of less than $360~775 plus <br />accrued interest on the $365,000 bonds or providing for a total <br />interest cost exceeding 12% will be considered. Approving opinion by <br />Messrs. LeFevere, Lefler, Kennedy, O'Brien and Drawz of Minneapolis, <br />Minnesota.
