Councilman Cox adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #80-124 WHEREAS, at the time the assessment for the improvement of Germanium Street N.W., Parcels 3025 and 3000 Plat 89212 were known as one single parcel and were, therefore, assessed as five (5) units~ and WHEREAS, now Parcels 3025 and 3000 are in existance and under separate ownership~ and WHEREAS, it is necessary to allocate the five (5) unit assess- ment between said two parcels; and WHEREAS, the fee title owners are of the two parcels in agree- ment as to the allocation of the assessments, as evidenced by their signatures on that letter to the City of Ramsey dated July 17, 1980. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Plat 89212 Parcel 3000, Fee Owner Sylvia D. Carter be assessed three (3) tmits at $1,301.46 or a total of $3,904.38 for the special assessments levied for the City of Ramsey's Street Improvement Project #79-1. 2. That Plat 89212 Parcel 3025, Fee Owner Carter Valley, a partnership and contract purchaser Gary M. Petrucci, Maureen E. Petrucci, Michael J. Petrucci, Denise Petrucci and Ronald J. Petrucci be assessed two (2) units at $1,301.46 per unit or a total of $2,602.92 for City of Ramsey Street Improvement Project #79-1. 3. It is further directed that the City Administrator/Clerk forward a copy to the Anoka Comuty Auditor's Office. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Reimann, Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 30th day of September, 1980.
