Councilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-126 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by <br />law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections <br />to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 172nd Lane N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. <br /> and Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 171st Avenue N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. <br /> and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 170th Avenue N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. <br /> and Willemite Street N.W. <br /> <br />d) 169th Lane N.W. lying between Zeolite Street N.W. <br /> and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 168th Avenue N.W. lying between Yolite Street N.W. <br /> and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 171st Avenue N.W. lying between the West line of the <br /> plat of Golden Eagle Estates and Zeolite Street N.W. <br />g) Zeolite Street N.W~ lying between County Road #63 <br /> (173rd Avenue N.W.) and 169th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />h) Willemite Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane N.W. <br /> and Lot 3 Block 3 of Golden Eagle Estates <br />i) Willemite Street N.W. lying between 172nd Lane N.W. <br /> and 171st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />j) Yolite Street N.W. lying between 169th Lane N.W. <br /> and 168th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the <br />special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land <br />therein included in hereby foumd to be benefited by the proposed improve- <br />ment in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal installments ex- <br />tending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be pay- <br />able on or before the first Monday in January, 1981 and shall bear interest <br />at the rate of eight and one-half (8½) per cent annum from the date of the <br />adoption of this assessment resolution.
