Councilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-130 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESS~ENT <br /> <br /> ~-tEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by <br />law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all object- <br />ions to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Ermine Blvd. N.W. lying between County Road #83 <br />(Baugh Street N.W.) and County State Aid Highway <br />#22 (181st Avenue N.W.) <br /> <br />b) 180th Avenue N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter <br /> of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying east <br /> of Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Halas Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying south <br />of Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />d) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> and Ermine Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />176th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying west <br />of County Road #83 (Baugh Street N.W.) <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />West half of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the <br />special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land <br />therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improve- <br />ment in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal installments ex- <br />tending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be pay- <br />able on or before the first Monday in January, 1981 and shall bear interest <br />at the rate of eight and one-half (8½) per cent annum from the date of the <br />adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be <br />added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution <br />until December 31, 1990. To each subsequent installment when due shall be <br />added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br /> <br />
