Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-131 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING PREPARATION OF FINDING OF FACT; CASE OF MR. ARNIE <br />BILLMARK PLAT 89206 PARCEL 3750 REGARDING ITS BUILDABILITY: <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, Plat 89206 Parcel 3750 which is owned by Mr. Arnie <br />Billmark is part of Public Improvement Project #80-6 (bituminous surfacing) <br />is being assessed for this improvement. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Arnie Billmark states that Parcel 3750 Plat 89206 <br />should not be assessed because it does not derive a benefit as he states it <br />is an unbuildable parcel of land. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Direct City Staff to prepare a finding of fact on Parcel <br />3750 PIat 89206 regarding its buildability. <br /> <br /> 2) That said finding of fact be submitted to Comncil for its <br />action on October 28, 1980 regular Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 3) Further that a copy of the finding of fact be sent to the <br />above named property owner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 14th day of October, 1980. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
