Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-142 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: a) Yakima Street N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 179th Lane N.W. b) Tonto Street N.W. lying between 177th Avenue N.W. and 179th Lane N.W. c) Salish Circle N.W. lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying North of 178th Lane N.W. d) 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying West of C.S.A.H. #7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) e) 178th Lane N.W. lying between Torito Street N.W. and C.S.A.H. #7 (Roanoke Street N.W.) f) 179th Avenue N.W. lying between Yakima Street N.W. and Torito Street N.W. Ail of the above streets are located in the: Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improve- ment in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual install- ments extending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1981 and shall bear interest at the rate of eight and one-half (8½) per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1990. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
