Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-143a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FINDING OF FACT; CASE OF MR. BERNARD <br />STEINLAG CONCERNING LOT 1 BLOCK 5 RIVERWOOD HILLS PLAT #1 REGARDING <br />BUILDABILITY: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 1 Block 5 Riverwood Hills Plat #1 which is owned <br />by Mr. Bernard Steinlag which is part of Public Improvement Project #80-14 <br />(Bituminous Street Surfacing) which is to be assessed. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bernard Steinlag states that the above said parcel <br />of land does not derive a benefit from the above stated project because it <br />is mabuildable parcel of land and accordingly should not be assessed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Direct City Staff to prepare a finding of fact on the above <br />stated parcel of land regarding its buildability. <br /> <br /> 2). That the said finding of fact be submitted to the Council <br />for its action at the October 28, 1980, regular Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 3) Further that a copy of the finding of fact be sent to the <br />above named party prior to the Council meeting. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Comncilman Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 15th day of October, 1980. <br /> <br />- '~v[ayor ' <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />i~ A;~ifli~Ztrat~or/Clerk v k~J~ <br /> <br /> <br />
