Councilmsm Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopt i on: RESOLUTION #80-160 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHINGMUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Comqcil of the City of R~nsey that the streets hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal Stat Aid Street under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following described road: a) Nonexistent Puma Street N.W. between U.S. Highway #10 and #169 and Bower's Drive N.W. b Nonexistent street between Puma Street N.W. at Bower's Drive and Armstrong Boulevard N.W. at 142nd Avenue N.W. 142nd Avenue N.W. between Armstrong Boulevard N.W. and Zeolite Street N.W. Nonexistent street between Zeolite Street N.W. and Variolite Street at 139th Lane N.W. 139th Lane N.W. between Variolite Street N.W. and Traprock Street N.W. Traprock Street N.W. between 139th Lane N.W. and U.S. Highway #10 & #169. be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Trans- portation of the State of Minnesota. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the desi- gnation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 109. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gamec and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
