Councilmsm Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adopt i on: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHINGMUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Comqcil of the City of R~nsey <br />that the streets hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal Stat <br />Aid Street under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following described road: <br /> <br />a) Nonexistent Puma Street N.W. between U.S. Highway #10 <br /> and #169 and Bower's Drive N.W. <br /> <br />b <br /> <br />Nonexistent street between Puma Street N.W. at Bower's <br />Drive and Armstrong Boulevard N.W. at 142nd Avenue <br />N.W. <br /> <br />142nd Avenue N.W. between Armstrong Boulevard N.W. and <br />Zeolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Nonexistent street between Zeolite Street N.W. and <br />Variolite Street at 139th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />139th Lane N.W. between Variolite Street N.W. and <br />Traprock Street N.W. <br /> <br />Traprock Street N.W. between 139th Lane N.W. and U.S. <br />Highway #10 & #169. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid <br />Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Trans- <br />portation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the desi- <br />gnation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved <br />and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be <br />numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 109. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Mayor Gamec and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
