Councilman Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its a dop t i on: RESOLUTION #80-161 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the streets hereinafter described should be designated a Mtunicipal State Aid Street under the provisions of the Mir~nesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOtfA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following described road: a) Feldspar Street N.W. between U,S. Highway No. 10 and 169 and 138th Avenue N.W. b) 138th Avenue N.W. between Feldspar Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. c) Nonexistent Front Street between Coquina Street N.W. and UranimmStreet N.W. d) Front Street between Ursmium Street N.W. and Tungsten Street N.W. e) Tmagsten Street N.W. between Front Street N.S. and U.S. Highway No. 10 and 169. be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Trans- portation of the State of Minnesota. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, im- proved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 108. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gamec and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None
