Councilman Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />a dop t i on: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-161 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />that the streets hereinafter described should be designated a Mtunicipal <br />State Aid Street under the provisions of the Mir~nesota Laws of 1967, Chapter <br />162. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOtfA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following described road: <br /> <br />a) Feldspar Street N.W. between U,S. Highway No. 10 and <br /> 169 and 138th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />138th Avenue N.W. between Feldspar Street N.W. and <br />Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Nonexistent Front Street between Coquina Street N.W. <br /> and UranimmStreet N.W. <br /> <br />d) Front Street between Ursmium Street N.W. and Tungsten <br /> Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) Tmagsten Street N.W. between Front Street N.S. and <br /> U.S. Highway No. 10 and 169. <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid <br />Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Trans- <br />portation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br />of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the <br />designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, im- <br />proved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, <br />to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 108. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Mayor Gamec and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
