Councilman Reima~n introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #80-166a RESOLUTION C0~ENDING EMPLOYEE JEANNE MOEN WHEREAS, Deloitte Haskins & Sells Management letter dated July, 1979, pertains to the condition of the City's accounting records which were audited for the year 1978, commended Ms. Jearane Moen, the City's Accountant, for doing a fine job in improving the City's account- ing capabilities; and WHEREAS, Deloitte Haskins and Sells Management letter dated May 2, 1980, which pertains to the condition of the City's accounting records that they audited for the year 1979 commended Ms. Jeara~e ~oen the City's Accountant for doing a fine job in i~proving the City's account- ing capabilities; and WHEREAS, the Council Personnel Co~ittee has recommended that Ms. Moen, the City's Accountant be recognized for doing an outstanding job. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council takes great pleasure in commending Ms. Jeanne Moen in the outstanding performance of her job as the City Accountant as reported by the City's Independent Audit firm, Deloitte Haskins and Sells Management letters dated July 19, 1979 and May 2, 1980. 2) That Ms. Moen's productivity and creative abilities in the accounting field causes her to be an extremely capable employee. 3) That it is hereby directed that a certified copy of this resolution #80-166a along with copies of the above stated Management letters be made a part of Ms. Moen's personnel file. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Cox and upon ¥ote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 16th day of December, 1980.
