Co~zacilman Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adap ~ion: ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-166c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING ~MPLOYEE SHEILA BEYER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Bond Counsel has con~plimented the City <br />Staff on the fine way the complicated and lengthy bond transcripts were <br />presented to them regarding the City's $875,000 Bond Issue of 1980; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Fiscal Agent has complimented the City <br />Staff on the fine way the records were prepared for both bond issues in <br />1980; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sheila Beyer, the City's Administrative Clerical <br />Secretary is responsible for preparing and maintaining the City's Bond <br />Issue Records. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~EY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Comacil takes great pleasure in commending <br />Sheila Beyer in the outstanding performance of her job as brought to the <br />attention of the Cotmcil by its Bond Counsel and Fiscal Agent. <br /> <br /> 2) That Sheila Beyer's productivity and attention to detail <br />in this area of her job is an economical benefit to the City. <br /> <br /> 3) That it is hereby directed that a certified copy of this <br />resolution #80-166c along with the Fiscal Agent's letter dated August 6, <br />1980, be made a part of Sheila Beyer's personnel file. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reiman~ and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 16th day of December, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
