d) 151st Avenue N.W. lying between County Road #56 <br /> (Ramsey Blvd. N,W. ) and Garnet Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) Limonite STreet N.W. lying between 149th Avenue <br /> N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />f) Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. <br /> and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. <br />to a distance approximately 300 feet north of 151st <br />Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />h) Hematite Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br /> of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north <br /> of 150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Garnet Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north <br />and south of 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range <br />25. <br /> <br />and such streets to be improved to a five ton rating and bitmminous surfacing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAi~EY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $189,000. <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing will be held on the proposed improvement <br />on the 14th day of April, 1981, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey <br />Mumicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:30 P.M. and the City Ad- <br />ministrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
