Councilmember Reimann introduced-the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-1lb <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO BID SPECIAL ASSESSKENT COSTS FOR THE FOLLOWING PARCELS <br />OF TAX FORFEIT LAND: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Auditor by letter dated March 4, <br />1981, advised the City of Ramsey of the following parcels that were tax <br />forfeit land: <br /> <br />1) Plat - Whispering Pines Estates Lot #3 Block #5 <br />2) Plat - Whispering Pines Estates Lot #11 Block #8 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~ASEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City of Ramsey submit a bid for the following <br />parcels of land in the amount of the special assessment against it for <br />an marestricted use of land: <br /> <br />a) Plat Whispering Pines Estates Lot #3 Block #5 <br />b) Plat Whispering Pines Estates Lot #11 Block #8 <br /> <br /> 2) That the City's Mayor and Administrative Assistant/ <br />Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents in order <br />to effectuate the acquisition of the above listed properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimaun <br /> and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of March, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />
