Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81- 24 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: <br />1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of: <br /> <br />Bowers Drive N.W. lying south of Highway #10 to <br />its end. <br /> <br />The above street is located in the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 30, Township 32, Range 25 and the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br />filed with the Council on April 16, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of .property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity with M~nnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- <br />provement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 16th day of April, 1981. <br /> <br />ivlayor <br /> <br /> ATTEST: m /~ A <br /> <br />//y~A/dmini strator/Cler~ ......... <br /> <br /> <br />
